The secure shopping cart on our website offers choices of payment methods, including: Mail-In, Fax-In, Money Order/Checks or Credit Cards. All orders placed through our secure on-line shopping cart and phone-in orders (call us at 1-707-476-0104 Mon-Fri 09:00 to 20:00  Pacific Time) will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. 

~ Credit Cards accepted: Visa,MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 
~ Money orders and personal checks are payable to: StrangeBirds.com are also accepted in U.S. funds, however, personal checks must clear (usually 7-10 days), prior to shipping the order.
~ International banque checks and money orders drawn in U.S. currency are also accepted.

Mail-in and FAX-in orders (Fax # 1-707-476-0112... 24 hours a day!) will be processed similarly, after payment is received. 

We try to keep inventory of all products on hand at all times, however, occasionally we sell out, but the replacement inventory is usually only 10 days thereafter. If you would like the status of your order at any time, please email us at orders@strangebirds.com and we will respond immediately. 

Shipping Information:
We ship U.S.A. orders via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse! We do our very best to have all items stocked at all times, however, due to supplier leadtimes, we may be out of an item temporarily. We will always notify you immediately of any extended delays.

Need it faster? We also offer Federal Express 2nd Day or Over Night shipping. Please advise us at the time of order (you can use the comment field on the secure shopping cart's form), so we can verify overnight and 2nd day delivery costs and availability.  We recommend phoning in RUSH orders at 1-707-476-0104 (Mon-Fri 9AM PST to 8PM PST).

For our international customers, including Canada, we ship via USPS Global Express, which includes insurance and tracking. The cost for the international shipping will be automatically figured in the shopping cart transaction.
